I went on a trip to Sokcho from Friday to Sunday. My aunt, uncle, mom, dad, younger sibling, and older cousin came with me. We swam together at the beach.
I like swimming, and I went snorkeling and saw many fish. I thought there were only small fish, but when I swam a little deeper, I saw a fat and fairly big fish. Then I fell into the water. When you swim, you are supposed to relax your body, but I kept tensing up and sank into the water. Luckily, my older cousin grabbed me and helped me get back up.
Because of this experience, I realized that I should swim carefully and safely. For dinner, we ate raw fish. I ate flounder and salmon.
After that, we came back home and went to sleep. I thought, as always, that there is no place like home.
On the last day, we also went to a small gift shop. I bought a giant pencil and a squishy toy there. But while I was out, my younger sibling was playing with my squishy toy and accidentally popped it. My sibling went to my mom and cried, saying, “Mom… What if my sister gets mad at me? I’m scared. 😭”
My mom said she would buy my sibling anything they wanted from an online shopping mall, so I forgave my sibling.
